I downloaded the Wordpress plugin and I followed the instructions found here - https://nicepage.com/doc/article/4292 and here - https://nicepage.com/doc/article/1323/wordpress-plugin-video.

I get the following error message - https://prnt.sc/kzl8av

What do I need to do to fix this?

Hi Marti,

Do you have Nicepage plug-in already installed on your site? Please remove the plug-in from WP and then try to upload the new one.

I do not. Yesterday was the first time I tried to install it.

Marti,

But the error message means that you already have Nicepage plugin installed. Please check WP Plugins active and inactive. Do you see the Nicepage plugin? If not please plugins folder by FTP and if you see the Nicepage folder please try removing it.

After try 4 times i fix. OK now.
