Hello, sorry for my english. I am interested in purchasing Nicepage.

  1. I'm trying the software but I'm having trouble importing the template into my online website. Does it depend on the fact that I don't have a license?

  2. I would like to know if the code compiled by the software is clean and light, or is further manual cleaning necessary?

  3. I don't know how to put transparency on a color, for example on the background color of the megamenu, is it possible to do it?

  4. Are all the photos in the software free?

Hi,

  1. No, this issue is not related to the license, please provide more information about the problem. Attach a screenshot of the issue. Maybe we would also need your theme and access to the site backend to check the issue.
  2. You can check the exported theme and review the code to see if it satisfies your needs.
  3. The Menu control does not have a transparency option, but you can use the Group or Shape control with the transparency option for the background and place the Menu control in it.
  4. With the license you get access to the Stock photos that you are free to use in your themes. You can find the limits for the sizes and amounts of the photos for each license in the pricing table:

    Also there is number of free images taken from the internet.

1. I have 3 options to export the template.
a) Only design. It works
b) Only articles. I can't import it, maybe because the plugin is already installed?
c) Design + articles. The "export" button is not active.

I would like to import the design + the contents

Hi,

Only articles. I can't import it, maybe because the plugin is already installed?

Please make sure that you have the plug-in installed on your site already and you use the import content option from the Nicepage tab settings and not the Theme import option.

Design + articles. The "export" button is not active.

Please export the theme as a project and attach it to the ticket. Also attach a screenshot of the non-active Export button in the export screen.

Hi Hella, I managed to import the contents (I was wrong with the import procedure). The problem of export remains: Design + Articles. I am attaching photos.

Hi,

This export type is not included in the free starter edition. With the purchased license you will be able to export the project with the theme.
