I have the same problem. I would like to see the NicePage Contact Form used the same way - and replacing - the Joomla Contact Form. As implemented right now, using the Joomla form option, NicePage sends the form to the System Administrator - and to the System Administrator only.
This is a serious shortcoming:
- The System Administrator is rarely the same person as the owner / business user of the site.
- By having to configure the Global From Mail account with the owner's / business user's mail address for him to receive contact / business form mails, the System Administrator - often an external person or company - is blocked from receiving crucial system information, e.g. update warnings.
- Creating sites for communities and multi-department companies, we are unable to separate functional mails - everything ends up with the same mail account
- NicePage needs to "mimic" or support the Joomla Contacts structure, in which individual business contacts are duly separated
If we can't access the Joomla Contacts structure, we'll be forced either to not use NicePage for contact forms or to have to write extensive PHP or HTML code to ensure this separation of recipients.
To me, at least, that's one of the diffences between a professional tool and a toy.
Please get this right.
