Hi George,

Please export your theme as the project so we could review the settings. Looks like the background image is positioned a bit lower than the top edge of the section. And you have also the gradient background set that is visible in that gap. You can simply disable the gradient and that will look fine.

project attached...

i am unclear where the gradient is to disable...
also how the image can be incorrectly positioned since it is contained in the block .. where is the section you refer to ??

finally .. how do i change the left edge … i cannot see anything to drag on...

Hi George,

Your images in the blocks were set to Contain, I have changed that option to Cover and that looks fine now.
I'm not sure what you mean about the left edge, please provide more details, maybe some screenshots will be also helpful.

Hi George,

Have you exported the new content from my attached project? And have you replaced that content on the site? The code still shows that the size is set to contain.

Apologies... I forgot to make changes …
your attachment wasn't a full project file so i couldn't add it as a theme to wp nor could i see any import functions in Nicepage desktop... so i simply changed contain to cover....which seemed to resolve the gap issue...
however … i set it to contain because you could notfully see the image in the first block

so the real question now .. in order to see the image without having it as an image in its own container ….
how do i make the block size width slightly narrower so you can see all the image??

thanks

george

Hi George,

There is no such possibility. You can edit the height of the section for each responsive view and that will be probably the best solution. Or you can add the image not as the background, but as the Image control.
