Move to a new PC

I downloaded and installed Nicepage on my windows PC1. And then I bought the perpetual license. That PC started having trouble. I bought a new windows computer - PC2.

I wanted to move Nicepage to PC2. To do this, first I uninstalled Nicepage from PC1 and then installed Nicepage on PC2. However I am having trouble registering/validating Nicepage on PC2.

Can you please help
