can't export a wordpress theme (the nicepage publishing screen forces me to choose to "switch to nicepage")

How do I publish my Wordpress site to Wordpress now?

When I do try to upload my Wordpress zip file and unpack it I get the following:
"Installing theme from uploaded file: Pettigrew Specialty.zip
Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme installation failed."

This is not satisfactory ....

Why do I now have all of these publishing choices such as .... nicepage hosting ...and ... Project ... and .... Image? I only need Html .... Wordpress ... and Joomla. Can't even export to Wordpress as the program now forces me to "switch to nicepage" How do I publish my Wordpress site to Wordpress now? Hi Ray,

When you switch to the WP option in the export dialog, there should be the grey Export button that exports the theme. Press it and then you should get a zip file with the theme that can be installed in WP >> Appearance >> Themes >> New >> Upload.

Let me know what exact step causes a problem. A screenshot of the error message would be helpful.

The "export" button is faded out and will not work when you press it.

I need you to email me a link that will allow me to download a previous version of nicepage where the publish screen only has the Wordpress and Joomla and HTML export buttons,

Hi Ray,

The button does not work because of the error message displayed above. Please change the file name of your theme to one that does not contain spaces and the Export button should work fine.
