Hello> When I opened my Nicepage desktop app today I saw the notice you sent about extending my Pro account. I clicked on it to extend my account, and now my Nicepage screen is completely blank and frozen. Please fix this right away so I can resume work. Thank you.

Hi Timothy,

Could you please attach a screenshot showing the banner and pointing to the place where you have clicked on it and that has caused the problem.
Then please try to end the Nicepage process in the process manager and then start the application again. Let me know the results.

Eventually I was able to force quit the application, and it restarted. I just now took advantage of your offer and extended my membership. Thank you.
