This really needs to be implemented. I've got 2 small logo's in the main horizontal menu. Now, as the site has lots of images (due to having a webshop) it's a pain in the ass to find the same small image twice, there's only 1 option but to keep scrolling down, until you find it.
It would be a whole lot easier if on the image selection, there would be a search so you could simply enter text/filename you were looking for and immediately see the file
