It is possible to create a template from joomla plugin? I can't use app because I'm working in linux pc...

No, the theme can be exported from the desktop application only, there is no possibility to create the theme from the plug-in.

Use Wine direct from WineHQ.

Nicepage runs well on it. An occasional crash (1/1000) but fully functional.
