I don't undestand exactly the concept of Additional Licenses?
I mean if I use joomla plugin, then if my customer have the correct access rights to website back-end, he will be able to use nice page without any other licence no?

You need to create an account and be connected on it to use nicepage plugin backend.
they can still edit & use nicepage plugin without license, adding them a license let them use every grid style / setion style and premium stock images (anybody correct me if I'm wrong) https://nicepage.com/premium
