Hi! I'm about to purchase Nicepage in order to create a theme for my blog. However, before I do, can you please explain to me how I could add advertisements (e.g. banner ads) into my site? Is this a widget or shortcode?

For example, I have a plugin called AdRotator that uses shortcodes. How can I make provision as I'm creating the theme to accommodate that?

Hope I'm clear in what I'm asking!

Hi,

Usually, the plugin shortcode can be used in the WP page/post content or widget.
With Nicepage theme or Nicepage content you can use the shortcodes in the same way: you can add a control which creates a widget area for WP widgets or you can use Shortcode control for the shortcode created by your plugin or you can add this shortcode into the page/post content in WP (non-Nicepage content), For Ads widget or shortcode control are better.

I'm currently looking for my Artisteer license key so I can purchase Nicepage. Will do so very shortly!
