contact form 7 & download a PDF but get email address

Question 1
I downloaded contact form 7. Set up the email address to receive info from clients. I then went to Nicepage builder online and choose contact form 7. But when I do a test, it does not work. What should I do?

Question 2
I want clients to download a pdf and want to capture their email address. How do I do it?

I looked at previous answers in the forum...but still does not work.

Please give me step by step directions to do the above.

I would appreciate your help, as I feel very frustrated at the moment.

Hi Marlize,

Nicepage provides Form control which is pure HTML form. Since the simple HTML form cannot send emails, we're using existing WordPress CF7 plugin to send emails from Nicepage form. Our form uses CF& to send emails, but it does not use CF7 forms. Since the functionality of the Nicepage form is quite limited, and it cannot provide PDF for downloading I suggest that you use any third-part WP plugin which can create such form. It can be added on Nicepage page using HTML or Shortcode control.
