Recently Dominos Pizza lost a court case and was ordered to comply with the ADA in the US on their phone app and website.

Currently Nicepage has no options to comply with that ruling, ie, I cannot put in a description for an image or icon that can be read (ALT tags).

This ruling essentially makes it mandatory that all websites in the US must conform to the ADA. This feature needs to be added to Nicepage in order for those of us in the US to be able to comply with the law, much like the EU privacy law, it isn't an option anymore for developers.

I've always done that knowing people who need it and just noticed this functionality didn't exist in Nicepage.

Hi Doug,

Just where is this option?

logo-alt.png

Such as floating, inline-block

In Nicepage there is no possibility to edit the CSS values directly. You can position the element using the drag-n-drop functionality. And also you can edit the size of the logo in each responsive mode, just switch between the modes and scale the logo as you wish.

PS: How to make the logo responsive? I don't see any means to set any properties for it either? Such as floating, inline-block, and have it autosize itself within the grid in the header block.

Just where is this option? On my Logo, all I have is cut, copy, delete and bring to front. Nothing about Alternate text.

Hi Doug,

There is the Alternate Text option for the Image control and you can set the desired alt text there.
