When I try to open a Nicepage site from Instagram App that have a Google Map embedded there is the following error: "the Google Maps Embed API must be used in an iframe". Could you tell me how I can solve this problem?

Hi,

Could you please explain the issue in more details and post step-by-step on how to reproduce it.
In any case, the message means that the map is using features that require API key that can be obtained from Google.

1) Open instagram using an iphone (I haven´t tested on other celular brands,,,)
2) Search for the user @marketing.care
3) Click the link "psicologia.marketingcare.com.br"
4) Answer "OK"
5) You will see the error message!!!

Hi,

Yes, I see the issue. Just wanted to ask you to check that you have used the correct link in the Instagram description. I mean it looks like the site link in Instagram uses the http protocol and not https. Please check that and let me know if with the https protocol the issue still persists.

I changed the link in Instagram to "https" and the problem still persists...

Thanks! I need this bug fixed to be able to use Nicepage with Google Maps embedded in the first page... Today Instagram is an important user traffic source to websites.

Hi,

I'm terribly sorry for the delay in replying. Unfortunately our developers have no suggestions regarding this issue. Also we are not sure that it is related to Nicepage in any way. The issue goes from the Google map and you can try to embed the code directly from Google Maps using the HTML control, maybe that will work.
