Ask a Question

Hi
The issue I'm referring appeared in our second nicepage theme; first it was in "pesticapestcontrolroronto.com", now it showed up in "pesitcapestcontrol.com". Please review the attached screenshot, the text wrongly coded. We do theme copy in nicepage software on desktop and save it as copy of original.
Apparently it's from a nicepage plugin or theme while both are on wordpress. We did get info through the nicepage forum that it could be fixed by adding code in the theme header and only it works in desktop, but it need to starts from scratches and its very frustrating.
Please let us know what is the source of the problem and how to fix it.

Hi, Tariq,

Please try to add the following code under Site Settings ==> HTML ==> Meta Tags in the Nicepage plugin:

<meta charset="UTF-8">

If you see this issue on WordPress pages as well, you can add this code to your Desktop Project and reinstall the theme. Please let us know if it helps or not.
