I need to create different contact forms linked to work press contact 7

* radio buttons
however I couldn't figure out how can I do it

Hi,

Unfortunately, Nicepage Form does not support adding more controls. The Form control uses CF7 plugin to send emails, but you cannot make changes to the CF7 form to change Nicepage Form.
