I am trying to start a new site, i have bought the personal one that has 5 sites, but it won't allow me to start another

It's 1 site in the web app/online hosting.
5 sites at a time in the dashboard of the Desktop app.
Check the grid on the Premium page.

You can 1 site with Hosting, without hosting you can 5 sites.
