No there isnt a file to restore.

If you created the site using the desktop app, check to see if you have a Documents\Nicepage folder.
The working files and backup folder is inside that.
If you don't, then the only way to save having to rebuild everything is if you used a third party hosting service, and checked the box to include the Project file when it was uploaded.

I had reinstall my windows, thats why i lost it in first place

If you have no backups, then you'll need to rebuild the site unless you used a third party host and included the Project file with the upload.

I have all the files converted in html , but it wont let me open i in Nicepage exe programm.
