The clarity what I need is whether I can upgrade a license, just like what we do in subscription?
Yes. You case pay only for the upgrade.
Secondly, can I create email marketing template and download for using in clients like mailchimp etc.
You can create a page and send a link to it. We do not have the export for email templates, unfortunately.
Also let us know how to contact you incase of technical support.
