lightbox background

Upon further inspection, the controls are visible in the Nicepage quick preview, but not visible on the actual web page zoomed images.

Here is a link to my web page: sfcurcio.com. Please click on one of the images in the sample images section. You will see that an image counter is visible in the upper left corner, but the navigation controls are missing.

One more issue with the lightbox. The Nicepage quick preview shows sharper images on zoom. On the actual web page, besides the controls not being visible, the images are bigger, which means loss of some detail.

I am using Chrome Version 74.0.3729.169 (Official Build) (64-bit). I also did a comparison between Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser. The controls do appear in Edge, but not in Chrome on any of my devices (laptop, desktop, or mobile phone).
See the attached image. Edge is on the left, Chrome is on the right.|

But after further investigation, I found that Chrome is zoomed to 110%. If adjusted back to 100%, the controls appear. So, a user will need to have their browser set to 100% to see the controls.

Hi Samuel,

I've managed to reproduce this issue in mobile Chrome on my phone and in mobile preview emulation in a desktop browser. Looks like it happens on touch devices only. I cannot say whether this is a bug or not since we're using a third-party library for lightbox. I've asked our developers about this issue. But in any case, you can switch between images by touch swipe to the left/right and close the lightbox by a swipe to top.
We'll let you know when we receive any news from our developers.

The issue was fixed long time ago. Please explain how we can reproduce the issue. We would also need some screenshots ad the versions of the browsers that you are using.
