Online Editor https://nicepage.com/Editor/Siteboard/#/dashboard is a separate hosting solution and HTML export is a premium feature here. This option is available only with the subscription (purchased on this page https://nicepage.com/hosting)
In the Desktop app, this option is available with the Nicepage free version https://nicepage.com/premium.
In the Desktop app, you just need to press the export button twice in a row:
