Hi Frédéric,

Unfortunately, We do not quite understand exactly what result you want to achieve. Usually, the Blog page displays the content of the first Section from the Nicepage page. Unfortunately, there are no other ways to add intro text for Nicepage page.

Frédéric,

For now, when in Joomla, why don't you create a long Article using Nicepage, and create a link to it from the menu.
As we see from the provided example https://www.zonta-morgeslacote.ch/projets-action/activites-realisees.html
It's just a long read page. Please help us to understand. Maybe you could call us in skype at nicepage@nicepage.com?

Thank you!

Hello, i cant talk good english...

I want my client can build some articles, wich are published under one menu. So i know i can make a long article with just a menu link, and when an update come, the client can modify this article, but like this, the client must publish immediately the articles.

I want to use blog mode, because like this, the client can make an article, as "unpublish", for work on a long time on, and when the article is ok, he publish it in the right category to show on the page.

He can too decide to unpublish certains articles. That make more flexibility.

So i dont undurstand why with Nicepage, the blog layout is not good ? You see what i mean ?

Actually, in the blog configuration, i have put 1000 articles to show as complete, so my Nicepage article have to show directly complete. Why not, and why the layout is broken ?

Hi Frédéric,

Nicepage plugin does not provide ReadMore control for Nicepage pages in Joomla. Therefore the Joomla Blog page displays the content of the first Section by default (text and images). This functionality is hardcoded. The styles that create the layout of the first section on the Nicepage page are part of this page, and Joomla does not use them when it creates a blog page. That's why the first Section on the blog page does not look the same. Unfortunately, it is difficult to do something with this. Nicepage Blog template provides styling for Blog page. But these styles are for article wrappers. The blog page itself is created by Joomla.

Unfortunately, the described issue is behavior by default.
But our developers are considering ways to improve the situation in the future.
