To deselect the option "Made in Nicepage" is one of the premium features. And once the updates expire, you can't use new Nicepage version with premium features. All following versions will work for you with Free Starter Plan.

If you want to remove the footnote "Made in Nicepage," please download the Nicepage version before your updates expire.

Actually, if you are updating on yearly basis, consider buying a subscription plan. It will be cheaper and all will be the same. Otherwise, you can continue using the last version after the updates end.
