You have informed me that I have to renew my license. Please be kind to explain to me, whats the difference between 'Subscription or License' I can see that theres a difference on 10 USD between these two options

License: the version 12 months from now you can continue using afterwards indefinitely.
Subscription: 12 months from now reverts back to the free Starter edition.
