What exactly do you mean? When you create a multilingual site, the language attribute will be added to the page link when you switch the language on your site.

Websites have 3 ways to tell Google that ia a multilanguage page. Im trying to see if I need to creat a sitemap with multilanguage or already done by nicepage with the hreflanguage or in the header.

Hi João,

Nicepage does not include the hreflang tag into the theme, but you can manually add the desired code under the Site Settings >> HTML >> Additional Head HTML.
