How do I put more than one menu on the page?
I need to put menu outside the HEADER.

There is no option to put the the menu outside the header area. But you can add the second menu control within the header area.

Yes, you can add one more menu to the Header. The Menu control is available under the ADD >> Header and Menu >> Menu.
