Why Mobile Header Dimensions Change after Adding Elements to Desktop Header

I am designing a web template for Joomla but there is an issue after adding Elements to the header it's dimensions totally ruin on other screen sizes so I go and fix them manual any advice on how to design a header to be fixed.

This answers the question about content. do I need to use containers and grids for the header section too is that what you say? I fixed the headers manually and nicepage crashes after adding containers to headers or footers is it ok to add containers and grids to headers and footers? Any help would be appreciated.

Update: I have added grids to the header and it works fine in all responsive views.

So yes good practice to use grids in all sections.
