can not add my own images to NEW website

Hi Bill,

We've asked our developers to investigate the issue.
Please do not duplicate support topics with the same problem because this does not speed up the process but brings more confusion.
In the meantime, I suggest that you create a folder with the images that you want to use and then create a new website using "Create a page from folder" option. The result will be the same as with Page Builder.

I did try to create a website using the "Create a page from folder" option and the result was the same, NP crashed and restarted.

Sorry for the multiple posts on same topic, I had 2 different accounts : )

Hi Bill,

Nicepage crashes when you select the "Upload" option. But when you select a folder with images you do need it in general. Nicepage automatically uploads the images from the selected folder. Simply move the images that you want to upload to some folder and then use this folder to create a new page. Without the "Upload" option. It should work ok.

For me, NP crashes without trying to do any uploads or changes. Simply start NP, load an existing page, and wait for it to crash. PC version 1.6.5. Same error: "An error occurred. Reload Nicepage."

Hi Ed,

This is a general message which may be caused by different reasons. Therefore I suggest that you create a new Private topic and attach the problem website exported as Project so we can check it on our side.
