I have a question about the homepage. If I give it a name to the home page like "we communicate" and export in html the page will exists in 2 copies. "we-communicate.html" and "index.html" is this normal?

Should I name the homepage "index" to avoid this duplicate?

Hi Christophe,

That is normal. Most of the servers require the index.html file in the root catalog of your server to load the site. So you can have both files or name the home page as index.html. That does not really matter.

You can't name the "homepage" as Index as its a reserved page name.

What should happen is that any page that is ticked as "Use as Homepage" should automatically be renamed as index.html then you wouldn't have index.html and an identical copy called pagename.html

Well it matter to google score. Why nicepage create a duplicate page? Why not an option in any page we have in the project to tell it that is the first page. That way nicepage only creates 1 index.html file no matter the name we gave to that page.
