I want to make sure that if I upgrade to Nicepage PRO 5 there are no issues with my present websites. In the past, I had problems everywhere and now everything works like a charm.

Hey, you should always have the latest version of Nicepage, because software updates usually fix security vulnerabilities.
If you still have concerns, you can back up the website beforehand. You can always downgrade the Nicepage desktop app.
But don't worry, nothing should go wrong.
