mi e comparsa la scritta " The active theme has a version lower than the plugin version. Please update the theme too." ed e cambiata l'intestazione e alcune finestre del sito
come faccio a ripristinare come era prima?

If you've received the such message you need to update your Theme also. So the Theme and Nicepage plugin will be the same version.
