What happens after my susbcription ends?

If it's on your host, nothing will happen to it.
Making changes depends on your license.
Prior to midJuly, you can continue using the last version released before your updates expired.
After midJuly, they went to a subscription service.

Hi Ahmad. Is that the case with third party hosting as well with the current subscription model?

No, your answer is correct. With third-party hosting still rules are the same, as you've mentioned above.
My answer is related only to websites hosted on Nicepage.
