how do I turn the product like template into a page in my nicepage desktop. And then how do I export it to wordpress to that is can pull from the woocommerce product list installed in wordpress

You can add the Product List and Product Details Element to a static page in the Desktop app, Online app, and the plugin. Please check these articles:
