Youtube and Twitter and Instagram work as they should, but if I add a URL to the Facebook icon it saves it with http://facebook.com/ added to the front of the URL so that the link doesn't work. Every time i try to delete it, it just adds it back again. The only way I can get it to work is to change the added text to https then add the rest of the URL of my facebook page to the end of the added text.

Hi,

Simply paste the FB identifier like nicepageapp to receive the working URL.

Also .. whilst I'm here...a quick suggestion for your wishlist. I love the ease that I can add a YouTube video URL to insert a video into my pages, but I tried to add a Facebook video URL and it didn't work. Does that feature only accept YouTube videos, or do other video sites work at all? Not all my clients use YouTube, some only post to Facebook and others may use Vimeo or other video platforms. How would I add a video that I uploaded to my server, like an MP4 for instance?

Hi Lynn,

If you paste nicepageapp into the FB field, Nicepage will change it to the following link:
http://facebook.com/nicepageapp
which works just fine.

In general, this control is for Youtube videos mostly. But Vimeo and mp4 video should work ok too.
