Ask a Question

Whenever I make a page that was generated by Nicepage as a home page I always get the message "0 - syntax error, unexpected ')'" This is also the case when I generate a template in the desktop app and then upload it to the Joomla page.

Thanks...

Hi Willem,

That issues was fixed long time ago, probably the reason of your problem is different. Could you please attach your exported theme and also the theme exported as the Project so we could test it on our end. We may also need an access to the site back end so you can create a new private topic for more convenience.

Hi,

Please consider using the desktop application with the option to edit the theme elements. Now you can edit separately the Blog and Post templates and export the whole theme.

Sincerely,
Hella

Well then, nicepage has died for me. Will not expand the subscriber. Especially since the Joomla position does not work.

Hi,

I assume that you're working with Nicepage plugin on your Joomla, right?
Header and Footer are theme elements. But the plugin is for content building mostly. It cannot change the design of the Header and Footer. For this you need to use Nicepage Desktop.

Thank you,
Olivia

Hello and thank you, that is much better. But, I can not currently edit the header or footer on the Joomla page. The buttons are displayed under "THEME", unfortunately cause nothing.

greetings

Hi,

Our developers have reported that this issue is already fixed on our end.
If working with the desktop application, it should be auto-updated. You will only need to export the theme once again after the update.
On the live site where you are using the Nicepage plug-in, you need to download the new plug-in version from our site and then install this new plug-in on your site.

Sincerely,
Hella
