WordPress Export from desktop

I am trying to export a three page theme as a WordPress theme. I am able to export the theme as HTML, Project, or Nicepage app, but not as a WordPress theme. When I try it generates an error.

"Export Error occurred. Export uncompleted." as seen in the attached screenshot.

I have tried removing the nicepage program and then performing a clean install but this has not resolved the issue.
I do not have any other programs open or antivirus running that would conflict.

Ваша тема, которая изначально не экспортировалась с виджетами была достаточно старой или новой? У нас были проблемы с экспортом темы, которая содержала виджеты и была достаточно старой, проблема возникала из-за проблемы в структуре старых виджетов. По идее в новых проектах таких проблем быть не должно.
Если тема новая и экспорт не проходит, прикрепите ее, пожалуйста, к кейсу.

Сегодня была та же проблема -не экспортировалась тема. Попробовал стандартную тему загрузить - загрузилась. Затем убрал из своей темы виджеты -загрузилась. Затем снова дабавил виджеты -загрузилась. Вероятно проблему загрузки темы (экспорт) из за виджетов решили не до конца... Программа отличная, но ещё "сырая".

Never mind, this was an issue caused by the WordPress 5.0 upgrade removing the library path. Once I reset it to "wp-content/uploads" the images imported properly.

Hi,

Our developers have fixed the project. You can find it attached to this message.
Please remove your desktop application completely, then download the latest desktop version from our site, install it, import the project. And let us know if the problem appears again.

I quickly selected another theme but made no changes and it seems to export just fine.
