The service I applied for is not the pro version.
However, it seems that I have to use the pro version in order to use the service I have applied for well.
I tried to utilize various functions, but there are many restrictions because it is not the pro version.
There is also a limit in terms of language, so it is difficult to use this service smoothly.

After learning more with the free version, I have a plan to switch to the pro version.
Therefore, if possible, we would appreciate it if you could refund the rest of the cost excluding the part of using the current service.

According to our records, you purchased Nicepage Personal plan. It contains a number of limitations listed in the pricing table:
https://nicepage.com/premium
If you want to switch to the Pro plan you can do it under the Pricing page in the "Your License Information" table. Within a month after the purchase, you can upgrade Personal editor to Pro and pay the price difference only.
