Could Nicepage export just a single page from a website?

I am happy with NIcepage. The way icons and images can be searched for within the application and inserted saves time.

I am importing the Nicepage theme, menu and articles into Joomla, after creating them with the Windows desktop application.

However the import process creates duplicated articles, meaning that I have to have delete all the old articles and menu items first.

I suppose I could move from the Windows desktop application to the Joomla plug-in. Maybe I will at some point in the future.

I would be of help to me if Nicepage could be enhanced so it just can export a single page (with no menu items) instead of all the pages with the menu items. Then I could just import the single page in Joomla, delete the old article it replaces and then do a manual switch for one menu item.

Hi,

Unfortunately Nicepage Desktop does not support exporting single pages. But if you export the content only and import it through the Nicepage plugin (Nicepage menu >> Import) the menu will not be affected. Also, there is an option which allows replacing previously imported content. But in this case, you may encounter problems with menus.

So, then is it safe to update a page, export the whole site, and then upload just the updated page? Which other files should also be uploaded when I follow this procedure?

Is this feature available with a licensed version of nicepage?

Hi,

When importing the content, you will be asked if you want to add new content or replace the previously added. Choose to replace previous content and then your articles will be updated.
But please consider working with the plug-in on the site to update the content directly.
