Ask a Question

Do the inventory elements available in the Pro and Ultimate packages generate content for HTML5 sites as well, or are these elements designed only to work with WooCommerce or VirtueMart?

I'd like to build a food menu for display purposes (not for actual online sales) and it seems the inventory elements would be useful and attractive for that purpose, but I don't want to install an e-commerce plugin to get that functionality.

Hi, Jack,

Thanks for contacting us.

The e-commerce Elements and Templates are for use only on WordPress and Joomla websites with WooCommerce (WordPress) and VirtueMart (Joomla). Unfortunately, these Elements and Templates won't work on static HTML websites. We already have it on our wishlist.

I'd like to build a food menu for display purposes (not for actual online sales)

If your purpose is not online sales, you can easily use our Elements such as Grids, Groups, Tables, etc. Could you please demonstrate an example of what you are going to build? We would like to help you with some pieces of advice.

Look at any of the restaurant menu-builder plugins for WordPress and you'll get an idea of what I want to build. In terms of your existing elements, think of either tabbed or accordion interface (these would represent menu sections such as Appetizer, Mains, Drinks, etc.) where the content of each tab would be something similar to your "Features" block (with each "Feature" being the description of a food item). The actual look of the Feature template would be similar to your existing "Product List" block, with each item having the Image, Title and Price.

Hi, Jack,

Sorry for the delay (due to the weekend).

Yes, you can try to use the Accordion Element for such purposes. Some of our users are using exactly this Element for designing an online restaurant menu. The Grid or Table Elements can also be helpful for you. You can also check our predesigned HTML Templates: https://nicepage.com/c/food-restaurant-html-templates

Please let us know if you need our further help!
