when I try to open / preview my page it says the site keeps redirecting!

when I try to open my page it says it cant be opened because it is redirecting to another page that is then redirecting as well.

not sure what this means or how to fix it! please help

Hi Nicole,

This issue is ususally caused by issues with the protocol. Looks like you are using WP? If so, please check the Settings >> General Settings in WP are using the same protocol and URL under the Site Address and WordPress Address options.

Hello Nicole,

We cannot access this page either as well as find a reason why.
The most common ways to fix this could be:
Clear the cookies and the cache.
Clear the WordPress cache.
Check the URL settings.
Change the security protocol.
Redefine the . htaccess.
Check the plugins.

Hope you would find the correct solution for you.
