Ask a Question

Hello, I am asking for detailed instructions on how to configure the contact form on the website built on Nicepage. The page created in your program has already been uploaded to Wordpress. Unfortunately, the instructions on this topic on your website are insufficient and incomplete. For example, the instruction "Contact Form 7" does not explain in any way how to configure the form - https://nicepage.com/doc/66439/send-emails-with-contact-form-7

I will be grateful for urgent help.

Hello Maksym,

  1. Please specify what submit function are you going to use with your form?
  2. Please check if your hosting provider support wp_mail() and the standard PHP mail() function so you could send/receive emails via WordPress, to be sure your server is correctly configured.
  3. Contact Form 7 - install the plugin from: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/, activate it.

Open your page in Nicepage Editor Plugin and select the submit Function as Contact Form 7, save the page.
After this CF7 will create a new Form under the CF7 forms. There, you need to input the correct email addresses to and from
Basically, plugin CF7 will execute the script to send your form submissions.
More info you will find here - https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Anna T

Hello Maksym,

When you choose Contact form 7 as a Submit function for the contact form on your Nicepage page, the corresponding form is created with your plugin.

There should be created shortcodes for the Nicepage form and the original Contact form.

Please test your CF7 shortcode with the original WordPress page, what will be the result with a published page?

If there is an error with the original WP page, you need to contact your hosting provider to correctly configure the server to send emails.
Let us know the result, please.
