Latest Windows version will not log in... so no premium content

"Cannot connect to nicepage.com. Please check your connection to the network and try again after a few minutes."

It is not my connection, I can login to the nicepage.com website. This has now halted my production. I installed todays update now am in Free Version mode. :(

Hi Steve,

Do you mean that computer, where you installed Nicepage Desktop, has a connection to the Internet and you do not have any problems accessing it? Please try disabling antivirus/firewall for testing.

Yes. Only after the auto-update does it not log in. And it still doesn't this morning after turning off WIndows Defender. Also, Windows Defender had not triggered.

Have you tried to open the browser manually and copy the link? Does it work then?

I don‘t understand exactelly what you mean. The browser Firefox is not the problem. The nice page software doesn‘t bekomm the answer and keep waiting. It doesn‘t login. Nothing happend. Safari either. I can‘t log in from the desktop.

Hello Alejandra,

Please tell us do you have any antiviruses\firewalls running on your computer?
If so - try to disable them completely and login into Nicepage Desktop, please inform us about the results.
