When scaling an image where the size values are shown in the righthand pane have the ability to set that the scaling is proportional so as the size of, for example, width is changed the height scales proportionally. I believe this should be set checked by default

Hi Nick,

Thank you for your proposal, we will add it to our wishlist.
However, you can just drag image by one of its corners. Red magnetic lines will help you to align your image proportionally.

The red line thing for proportional scaling is insufficient and just not common practice with the thousands of other applications that deal with images. Further, the ability to scale an image disproportionally is almost NEVER required in my experience. If the image it bad, it should be fixed OUTSIDE nicepage.

Once it is in the image library, any scaling by default MUST be proportional by default. I'm astounded this issue has such little support!

Hi,

We have the possibility to scale the image proportionally, for background images we have the zoom option also that is scaling only proportionally. But some textures may require scaling the exact dimensions so we have that option only.
In any case that is up to you, what scale to use.

Hi,

In general, Nicepage websites are scalable in mobile browsers. If you have a server where you can upload website for testing, you can try Nicepage Free version which allows exporting and see how Nicepage websites look on mobile devices.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
