The thing is i don't know how to set up my costume domain. I tried following your said instruction but it's still not working.
If it's possible I want you to help me set up the website I create with my costume domain.

Unfortunately we cannot access your domain vendor and set all the required settings. But we provide the detailed instruction here:

Also I can see in your profile that you have one site on our hosting and it is already linked to the visitkamogawa.com custom domain. If you want to change it, delete all the settings in your visitkamogawa.com domain first and then follow the above instructions to link your new domain.
