Yes, you can. Just right click in the section you like and use the Copy option. Then navigate to another page, right click in the editor area and use the Paste function. The section will be added below.

Unfortunately, you cannot copy section between joomla pages. In the case of Nicepage Desktop you don't need to close it in order to switch between pages. But in Joomla you need to close the editor. It erases the copied elements and you cannot paste them on another page.
