ERROR FALLAS EN RESPONSIVE HEADER

Buenas tardes como estas,

Adjunto el video lo que muestra hay muchas fallas cuando se adapta pero no entiendo porque esta tan complicado cuando vas a crear una web en header como encabezado correcto pero el problema es que el programa se ven bien correcto pero cuando se previzualiza en google se ven todo super mal ya tengo un dolor de cabeza pense que es algo facilidad pero todo esta error grande entonces el programa nicepage para previsualizar se nota un poco bien pero tambien hay un error pequeño asi te envio el video para que la veas como se nota...

Aunque deben arreglar mucho cuando se adapta porque se esta complicando mucho en header y footer un poco porque debemos que darle el diseño con alto creatividad por ejemplo si quiero agregar el icono con texto como dirección, email, telefóno algo asi eso lo que estoy creando pero cuando se previzualiza en google chrome se nota todo mal pero el programa esta bien eso no entiendo porque...

La idea es que puede revisar urgente porque si no puedo crear una web así

The truth is, I'm not satisfied with the NicePage program, I didn't like the header and footer very much, it's super complicated and when it adapts it affects a lot that so terrible and even the worst footer I've seen ...

but the web page the content if they look good in GRID but I mean the highest priority is Header and Footer super important but it has many flaws it does not seem as easy as it should be, the truth takes hours and hours to be able to adapt but it has many errors I'm not happy, the truth is, I can't follow this program because I don't think about the future, the truth is, I hope you can improve it is Header and Footer so that it has an ease and make a good design ...

I have to do another program because it took more than a week that I could not improve in Header and Footer is already a waste of time ..

I attach the video the only one I could but I have been doing hours to improve this, what I liked the most without GRID because it saves less time from work but it has a small flaws but you have to review several times for when the page will be adapted because sometimes they leave a Little error now when the screen is adapted in Google Chrome where it shows some texts that are adapted affects a little in the header but the rest was fine until I could do it but now I am missing is Footer I do not know if it is easy or complicated ...

That's why I want a program so easy that I can adapt but without GRID for Header and Footer. I don't know if you understand me because that way it doesn't complicate making the design beautiful and easy, but sometimes there is a little error in Header and Footer.

Because if you use with GRID they come out much more complicated, they give a lot of work but it has many flaws and we are not happy to do so.

Good afternoon, I found a solution that can never affect you can create good designs for header and footer whatever you want but I noticed something what happened when it is adapted well because you have to put Automatic as Auto and they should put the best container there in container to place is AUTO and thus it does not affect header and footer this is the only option that adapts super perfect.
