Did you try putting the Page Template option at "Nicepage Header and Footer"? See attached image.

Hi,

If you mean the "WordPress theme created with Nicepage" footnote, you can disable it under the Site Settings in the Desktop application and CMS plugin. The second option is used when the "Nicepage header and Footer" is enabled.
