The "ct-menu1-item2" is a joomla menu item alias. You can change it manually or create a new menu from scratch.

I have changed the alias, but it still shows. here is an example:
https://okpta.org/index.php/ct-menu1-item2/mission --> the alias is mission but is still shows ct-menu1-item2
and all the pages on the site is showing like that

I see that the link you provided navigates to the page with alias "mission" which is a subitem of the item with alias "ct-menu1-item2". As I can see this is "About us" item.

how can I hide that, or show the About us alias instead of ct-menu1-item2?

I got it fixed. Thank you. I changed the alias of the parent menu item.
