If you don't have the exact URL, use some third-party services like formspree.com. It allows collecting form submissions on their server.

Starting from Nicepage 2.7, there is a built-in PHP script made by the Nicepage team.
Use Nicepage built-in solution if you have Nicepage 2.7 or higher.

The form action script is a .php file which can be created manually or downloaded from the Internet. Please note that if you download any examples of the form action scripts from the Internet, you will need to adjust this file manually so it can work with the Nicepage form fields.
