Hello Pavel,

Thanks for contacting us!

  1. Try to Close the Popup Window:
Click the "X" button in the top right corner of the popup window.
If the "X" doesn't work, try right-clicking on the popup and see if there's a "Close" option available.

  2. Use Keyboard Shortcuts:
Press the "Esc" key. This is a universal shortcut for closing windows in many applications.
Try "Alt + F4." This is another common shortcut for closing the active window.

  3. Force Close Nicepage:
Open the Windows Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
Find "Nicepage" in the "Processes" tab.
Right-click on "Nicepage" and select "End Task."

  4. Restart Nicepage:
    Close Nicepage completely (if possible).
Reopen Nicepage from your desktop shortcut or Start menu.

  5. Check for Updates (if applicable):
Outdated versions can sometimes cause glitches.
Open Nicepage and check for updates within the application settings (if available).

Check for Conflicting Programs: Sometimes other applications can interfere with Nicepage. Try closing any unnecessary programs running in the background.
Disable your antivirus software temporarily. Antivirus software can sometimes interfere with Nicepage.

Sincerely,
George.
